For novice climbers including me, Mount Prau fits into your choice because this mountain is a mountain has an altitude of 2565 meters above sea level and has a cool scene. With this makes novice climbers will surely be attracted again to climb other mountains with great views yag more cool and have a height of more again.
Prau mountain is the highest peak in the area of Dieng. Situated in the mountain in central Java province elongated shape covering five administrative regions, namely Wonosobo, Banjarnegara, Batang, Kendal and Temanggung District.
Mount Prau famous sights in special peak with a hike in the middle of the night, set up tents and wait sunrice. Why is it special? - Mount Prau a protected forest area managed by PT Perhutani, not a national park or conservation area managed by the Directorate General of Nature Conservation under the Ministry of Environment and Forestry. So the climbers buy entry ticket not SIMAKSI (Permit Login Conservation Area)
- Thousands of climbers who visit the Mount Prau more than 90% of them never reached its peak at an altitude of 2590 m above sea level.
- Most of the climbers of Mount Prau home with souvenirs of the photo, not an image of Mount Prau but a photo of two mountain neighbors, Sindoro.
